Ingredients
Batter
- Besan / Gram Flour - 2 Cups
- Salt - 1. 25 Tsp
- Lal Mirch / Red Chilli Powder - 1.25 Tsp
- Ajwain / Carom - 3/4 Tsp
- Hing / Asafoetida - 1/4 Tsp
- Pani / Water - 1.5 Cups
Aloo / Potato Masala
- Boiled Mashed Aloo / Potatoes - 5
- Lal Mirch / Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
- Salt - 2 Tsp
- Green Chillies - 6
- Garam Masala - 1.5 Tsp
- Aamchur / Dry Mano Powder - 1 Tsp
- Chopped Fresh Dhaniya / Cilantro - 5 Tbsp
- Chat Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Bread Pakoras
- Bread - 16
- Paneer thin Slice - 8
- Green Chutney - 8 Tsp 1 Tsp for each paneer slices
- Chat Masala - 8 Pinches
- Oil - To Fry
Instructions
Batter
- Take besan in bowl.
- Add Salt, Lal Mirch, Ajwain and Hing and mix all dry ingredients.
- Now slowly add water keep stirring with a whisk until all lumps are dissolved.
Aloo / Potatoes Masala
- Take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash well.
- Add Lal Mirch, Salt , Green Chillies, Garam Masala, Aamchur, Fresh Dhaniya, Chaat Masala and mix well.
Bread Pakoras
- Heat some oil to fry the pakoras
- Take a bread slice, add a thin slice of raw Paneer.
- Add Green Chutney on the paneer and spread,
- Sprinkle a pinch of Chat Masala.
- Add Aloo Masala and spread to cover the bread slice.
- Cover it with another slice of bread and press a little so the whole sandwich sticks together.
- Dip this sandwich in the batter and put it in the heated oil.
- Fry for seconds and flip. Fry each side for few seconds until golden brown.
- Serve hot with Dhaba Style Dhaiya Chutney!!
