Chana Dal Khichdi ~ Dhaba Style !!

Ingredients
- Rice – 2 Cups
- Chana Dal – ¾ cup
- Onion – 1.5
- Green Chilli – 6
- Jeera – 1.5 Tbsp
- Bay Leaf – 2
- Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tsp
- Cinamon – 2 inch Stick
- Garam Masala – 1.5 TSP
- Kitchen King – 1 Tsp
- Water – 4.5 Cups
- Salt – 2.5 Tsp
Instructions
- In a pressure cooker add Ghee and heat it medium for 1 minute.
- Add Bay Leaves, Black Pepper Corn, Cinnamon stick and Cumin.
- Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add Onions, Green Chillies, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Kitchen King and cook till onions turn pink.
- Add Rice and Dal.
- Cook for 1 whistle if big cooker. If you are using small cooker give 3 to 4 whistles.
- Let it depressurize on its own
