How to make Chilli Garlic Chutney – If you have ever had Momo’s or Indo chinese food then you must have come across this spicy sauce. This is a very versatile sauce and can be added to any Indian or Indo Chinese dish to enhance the flavors.
Its very very hot so I’ve added a bit of ketchup to give it a little sweetness. Eat it with Momo’s, Chowmein, fried rice, spring rolls.

- Dried Red Chili - 15
- Garlic- 2 Tbsp
- Sesame Oil - 2 Tsp
- Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 1 Tsp
- Salt - 1 Tsp
- Ketchup - 2 Tbsp
- Water - 1/2 Cup
Instructions
- Soak dried red chilies for 30 minutes
- Grind soaked dried red chilies and garlic into a coarse paste
- Heat sesame oil in a pan
- Add paste and mix well
- Add red chili powder, salt and ketchup and mix well
- Add water and cook till thick consistency and stir continuously.
- Serve with any snack 🙂
