Desi Masala French Toast is a very easy, very tasty and healthy recipe. While making this for kids you can remove green chillies and red chilli powder. Kids would love it.
Instead of the sweetness like in the original french toasts, this recipe uses Indian spices and herbs.

Ingredients
- Eggs - 4
- Green Chillies - 3
- Cilantro - 2 Tbsp Chopped
- Garlic - 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped
- Dry Mint Leaves - 1 Tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Salt - 1/2 Tsp
- Chat Masala Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Bread - 4 slices
Instructions
- Break the eggs in a bowl.
- Add Milk and beat the eggs till it becomes frothy.
- Add Green Chillies, Cilantro and Garlic.
- Add all spices (Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Chat Masala, Dry Mint Leaves, Cumin Powder and Black Pepper Powder).
- Mix everything well.
- Take bread slices and cut the sides.
- Cut the bread into halves.
- Take a pan on low heat and spread some butter on it.
- Take one cut piece of the bread and dip it into the egg batter.
- Make sure its well coated.
- Put this on the buttered pan.
- Cook on both sides.
- Serve Hot with Ketchup or Spicy sauce.
