    Ingredients

    • Garlic Cloves - 8
    • Dry Red Chillies - 8 Remove Seeds
    • Vinegar - 1 Tsp
    • Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
    • Salt - 1 Tsp
    • Water - 3 Tbsp
    • Oil - 2 Tbsp
    • Onions - 1 Cup Finely Chopped
    • Garlic - 1 Tbsp Sliced
    • Ginger - 1/2 Tbsp Finely Chopped
    • Paneer - 250 GMS
    • Coriander - 2 Tbsp Chopped

    Instructions

    1. Add Garlic Cloves, Dry Red Chillies, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Water and grind into a paste.
    2. Keep the paste aside.
    3. Heat Oil in a pan on medium flame.
    4. Add Onions and saute for couple of minutes.
    5. Add Garlic and Ginger and saute for couple of minutes.
    6. Add Paste and cook for five minutes.
    7. Add Paneer Cubes and gently mix so all Paneer Cubes gets covered in the mixture.
    8. Cook for two more minutes
    9. Garnish with fresh Cilantro and Serve!

    Recipe Notes

    ** To add a bit of gravy , Take 1 tsp of corn flour and mix it in 1/4 cup of water.
    Add it to the pan before adding paneer . Cook for 1 minute.
