Ingredients
- Garlic Cloves - 8
- Dry Red Chillies - 8 Remove Seeds
- Vinegar - 1 Tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
- Salt - 1 Tsp
- Water - 3 Tbsp
- Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Onions - 1 Cup Finely Chopped
- Garlic - 1 Tbsp Sliced
- Ginger - 1/2 Tbsp Finely Chopped
- Paneer - 250 GMS
- Coriander - 2 Tbsp Chopped
Instructions
- Add Garlic Cloves, Dry Red Chillies, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Water and grind into a paste.
- Keep the paste aside.
- Heat Oil in a pan on medium flame.
- Add Onions and saute for couple of minutes.
- Add Garlic and Ginger and saute for couple of minutes.
- Add Paste and cook for five minutes.
- Add Paneer Cubes and gently mix so all Paneer Cubes gets covered in the mixture.
- Cook for two more minutes
- Garnish with fresh Cilantro and Serve!
Recipe Notes
** To add a bit of gravy , Take 1 tsp of corn flour and mix it in 1/4 cup of water.
Add it to the pan before adding paneer . Cook for 1 minute.
