Jeera Aloo ~ Dhaba Style !!

Ingredients
For Potatoes
- Aloo – 3 boiled
- Salt – 1 Tsp
- Black Salt – ½ Tsp
- Lal Mirch – 1.5 Tsp
- Chat Masala – 1 Tsp
- Roasted Cumin Pwd – 1.5 Tsp
For Cooking
- Ghee – 2 Tbsp
- Zeera – 2 Tbsp
- Hing – ¼ Tsp
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes till properly cooked. Usually 3 whistles.
- Chop the potatoes into big squares.
- Add Black Salt , Red chili powder, Roasted cumin powder, Salt and Chaat Masala.
- Mix well carefully and make sure the potatoes do not break.
- Let the potatoes sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan on medium - high heat.
- Add Ghee and let it heat for 1 min.
- Add cumin and let it cook for 1 min or till the Jeera starts sputtering.
- Add Hing and mix.
- Add the spiced potatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
