How to make Kalakand – Kalakand is probably the easiest sweet to make. Its made with simple 5 ingredients that you can easily find lying around your house. Also this is one of the quickest sweet to make. Less than 15 mins.

Kalakand is a creamy mithai(sweet) made of paneer. Its consistency is basically soft when you hold it and melts in your mouth with the first bite. You can garnish it however you would like, we like it with with crushed Pitachios or Almonds.

We usually make this recipe at home around the festival of Diwali to offer to gods during prayers and also to gift to our closest friends. It is always a big hit!!

    Ingredients

    • Fresh Cream – 1.75 Cup
    • Sugar – ¾ Cup
    • Paneer – 300 GM
    • Milk Powder – 1.5 Cup
    • Cardamom Powder – 1 Tsp

    Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients together
    2. Cook on medium for 15 minutes and Stir Continuously
