Kulcha Matar – How to make Kulcha Dhaba Style !!

Ingredients
- Flour / Maida - 1.5 Cup
- Yogurt / Dahi - 2 Tbsp
- Baking Powder - 1.5 Tsp
- Milk - 3 Tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 Tsp
- Sugar - 1.5 Tsp
- Oil - 1.5 Tbsp
- Water - 2 Cups
- Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsp
Instructions
How to make the dough
- Take flour in a bowl.
- Add Baking Powder, Salt, Sugar, Yogurt and Oil.
- Mix everything well.
- Slowly add water and make a dough.
- Cover the dough with a cloth or the pan with a serine paper.
- Keep the dough aside for minimum 2 hours and let it ferment.
How to Make the Kulcha
- Pull a little dough and make a ball.
- Cover with dry flour completely and start rolling.
- Press it with finger on the sides to retain the shape
- Add some coriander leaves
- Once you get the desired shape, put the rolled kulchas on a baking pan.
- Watch the Kulchas, turn of the oven once the bread starts to rise. This should take around 10 minutes.
- Once you are ready to eat. Apply some butter on the kulcha and toast the kulcha on a pan.
- Serve with Dhaba Style Matter Chaat!
