Ingredients
To Beat Together
- Eggs - 4
- Salt - 1/4 Tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/8th Tsp
- Maggi Taste Maker - 1
- Boiled Maggie - 1 Pack
Cooking
- Butter - 2 Tsp
- Tomatoes - 2 Tbsp DeSeeded
- Onions - 2 Tbsp Chopped
- Green Chillies - 1 Tsp Chopped
- Green Peppers - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella Cheese - 1 Tbsp
- Dhaniya / Cilantro Leaves - 2 Tbsp
Instructions
Boil Maggie
Make Egg Mix
- In a Bowl Crack open 3 Eggs.
- Add Salt, Black Pepper Powder and Maggie Taste Maker.
- Whisk all the ingredients till frothy.
- Add boiled Maggie noodles (95% Cooked) and whisk well.
Cooking Omelette
- In a Shallow pan on medium heat add Butter.
- When Butter melts add Onions, Green Chillies, Green Peppers and Tomatoes.
- Cook for 1 to 2 Minutes. Turn the flame to low.
- Add the Whisked Egg mix to the pan.
- Spread the Maggie evenly on the pan.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 4 minutes on low. The Omelette should be cooked from the top and no liquid should be visible.
- Add Some Cilantro leaves.
- Add Mozzarella Cheese.
- Fold the Omelette in Half and Cook on low for another 2 minutes.
- Now cut the Omelette in the center into 2 halves
- Garnish with cilantro and Serve with Ketchup.
