Ingredients
- Paneer - 400 gms
- Ghee / Clarified Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Onions - 1.5 Cup
- Ginger / Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
- Green Chillies - 6 Slit
- Dhaniya / Coriander Powder - 1.5
- Lal Mirch / Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2.5 Tsp
- Haldi / Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
- Kasori Methi - 2 Tsp
- Salt - 1.5 Tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
- Cream - 1 Cup
- Honey - 1 Tsp
Instructions
- Heat a pan and add ghee.
- Once the ghee is heated add Onions. Saute onions, stir occasionally until golden brown.
- Add Ginger/Garlic paste and Green Chillies. Saute until the aroma of ginger and garlic disappears.
- Turn gas to low, add Dhaniya Powder, Lal Mirch Powder, Haldi and mix well. Cook on low for 3 minutes.
- Add Paneer cubes and mix well until the paneer cubes are covered in the masala. Be gentle while stirring so you dont break the paneer.
- Add Cream and mix well. Turn heat low to medium and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add Honey, Garam Masala, Kasori Methi and mix well.
- Cook until you see the ghee coming out on the sides.
- Serve as Snack by itself or as a Main Course dish with your favorite bread! 🙂
