Masala Chai ~ Dhaba Style !!

Ingredients
- Water - 1 Cup
- Ginger - 1.5 Tbsp
- Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
- Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp
- Milk - 1 Cup
- Chai Patti / Tea Leaves - 3 Tsp
Instructions
- Take water in a pan
- Add ginger and Chai Patti
- Boil it for 2 minutes
- Add Milk, Cardamom powder and fennel powder.
- Boil on Low to medium for 5 to 7 minutes. You should see a layer forming on the chai and the quantity should have been reduced to almost 1/2.
- Serve with your favorite snack and favorite people 🙂
