Masala Chai ~ Dhaba Style !!

Ingredients

  • Water - 1 Cup
  • Ginger - 1.5 Tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Chai Patti / Tea Leaves - 3 Tsp

Instructions

  1. Take water in a pan
  2. Add ginger and Chai Patti
  3. Boil it for 2 minutes
  4. Add Milk, Cardamom powder and fennel powder.
  5. Boil on Low to medium for 5 to 7 minutes. You should see a layer forming on the chai and the quantity should have been reduced to almost 1/2.
  6. Serve with your favorite snack and favorite people 🙂
