Ingredients
- Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Mustard Seeds / Rai - 2 Tsp
- Onions - 1 Cup Chopped
- Ginger - 1/2 Inch Finely Grated
- Green Chillies - 2
- Fresh Coconut - 2Tbsp Shredded
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
- Idli - 8 Chopped in 4 peices
- Salt - 1 Tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp
- Lemon - As per taste
Instructions
- In a big pan add some Oil. Let the Oil heat.
- Once heated add Mustard Seeds.
- Once the Mustard Seeds starts to pop add Onions.
- Cook till Onion are translucent.
- Add grated Ginger, shredded Coconut and Green Chillies.
- Cook for 2 Minutes.
- Add Kashmiri Red Chili Powder and Mix.
- Now Add Idli, Salt and Chaat Masala.
- Mix all well and Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Before Serving add Lemon and Serve.
