Masala Idli Recipe | Quick & Tasty – Dhaba Style !!

Ingredients

  • Oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds / Rai - 2 Tsp
  • Onions - 1 Cup Chopped
  • Ginger - 1/2 Inch Finely Grated
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Fresh Coconut - 2Tbsp Shredded
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Idli - 8 Chopped in 4 peices
  • Salt - 1 Tsp
  • Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp
  • Lemon - As per taste

Instructions

  1. In a big pan add some Oil. Let the Oil heat.
  2. Once heated add Mustard Seeds.
  3. Once the Mustard Seeds starts to pop add Onions.
  4. Cook till Onion are translucent.
  5. Add grated Ginger, shredded Coconut and Green Chillies.
  6. Cook for 2 Minutes.
  7. Add Kashmiri Red Chili Powder and Mix.
  8. Now Add Idli, Salt and Chaat Masala.
  9. Mix all well and Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  10. Before Serving add Lemon and Serve.
