Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Onions - 1 Cup Finely Chopped
- Green Chillies - 2 Finely Chopped
- Tomatoes - 1 Cup Finely Chopped
- Your Fav Mixed Vegetables - 2 Cups
- Rolled Oats - 2 Cups
- Salt - 2 Tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
- Kitchen King - 2 Tsp
- Water - 3 Cups
Instructions
- In a Pan on Medium High Heat add Oil.
- Once Oil is heated add Onions.
- Cook Till Onions are Translucent.
- Now add Green Chillies and Partially Boiled Mixed Vegetables. Add any combination of your favorite Mixed vegetables. We used Peas, Corn, Green Beans, Carrots, Broccoli and Cauliflower.
- Cook for 5 Minutes.
- Now add Tomatoes, Salt and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
- Mix well and Cook till this mixture gets dry.
- Now add Oats and Cook for 1 minute.
- Add water, Mix well.
- Now Add Kitchen King Masala. Mix Very well.
- Turn the Flame to low, Cover the pan with a lid and cook 5 minutes.
- Mix Gently, Add Cilantro and Serve!
Recipe Notes
If you would like Softer Oats like Khichdi then add 4 cups of water.
