Ingredients
- Eggs - 7
- Onions - 1.5 Cups Finely Chopped
- Tomatoes - 2 Medium
- Green Chillies - 4
- Ginger - 1 Inch Grated
- Bell Peppers - 1/4 Cup
- Cilantro - 4 Tbsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
- Salt - 3/4 Tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 Tbsp
- Butter - 3 Tbsp
Instructions
- Take eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk them for about 1 minute. Keep aside.
- Heat a pan on medium - high heat.
- Add butter, onions, ginger and green chillies.
- Cook till onions are translucent about 4 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, cilantro and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the spices and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Turn the flame to Low - Medium
- Add the whipped eggs.
- Cook till the eggs are cooked properly about 4 to 6 minutes.
- Garnish with Cilantro.
- Serve with Butter Bread or Paratha!!
