Ingredients
- Ghee - 2 Tbsp
- Cumin - 1 Tsp
- Bay Leaf - 2
- Green Cardamom - 4
- Onion - 2 Cups Finely Chopped
- Ginger - 1/2 Tbsp Grated
- Garlic - 1 Tbsp
- Green Chilli - 4 Chopped
- Coriander / Dhaniya Powder - 2 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Kashimiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
- Red Chilli Whole - 3
- Tomato - 2 Finely Chopped
- Salt - 2 Tsp
- Onion - 1 Quatered
- Water - 1/2 Cup
- Kasoori Methi / Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 2 Tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 Tbsp
- Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Paneer - 400 Gm
- Cilantro - 2 Tbsp
Instructions
- In a Pressure Cooker on Medium High Heat Add Ghee.
- Add Cumin , Bay Leaf , Green Cardamom.
- Saute till Cumin starts to Crackle.
- Now Add Finely Chopped Onion.
- Cook Onion Till Translucent.
- Now add Ginger and Garlic. Cook till the raw aroma of Ginger disappears.
- Add Green Chillies and Saute for 1 more minute.
- Now Add Coriander Powder , Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
- Saute for 1 minute.
- Add Whole Red Chillies, Finely Chopped Tomatoes and Salt.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add Quartered Onions and water. Mix with the Masala.
- Pressure Cook for 15 minutes. Let the pressure cooker depressurize.
- Add Kasoori Methi, Garam Masala and Butter. Mix Well.
- Add Paneer Mix well and let it cook for 1 minute.
- Garnish With Cilantro
