Ingredients
- Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Cumin / Jeera - 1 Tsp
- Onion - 1 Medium Sliced
- Garlic - 5 Cloves Sliced
- Ginger - 2 Inch Julienned
- Capsicum / Green Pepper - 1 Medium Sliced
- Green Chillies - 2-3 Chopped
- Tomatoes - 2 Medium Deseeded and Sliced
- Tomato Grinded - 4
- Turmeric / Haldi - 1/4 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp
- Coriander / Dhaniya Powder - 1 Tsp
- Salt - 2 Tsp
- Ketchup / Tomato Sauce - 2 Tbsp
- Water - 1 Cup
- Garam Masala - 1.5 Tsp
- Paneer - 400 Gm
- Cilantro - 2 Tbsp
Instructions
- In a Pan on Medium High Heat add Oil.
- Once oil is heated add Cumin.
- When Cumin starts to crackle add Onions.
- Cook onions till Translucent.
- Add Ginger and Garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Capsicum and Green Chillies. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add Sliced Tomatoes and Cook for 1 minute.
- Now add the Pureed / Grinded Tomato and cook for 3 minutes.
- Now add Turmeric, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder , Salt and Ketchup.
- Mix well and Cook for 1 minute.
- Now add Water , Mix and Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add Garam Masala and Mix well.
- Now add Paneer and Mix it all well together. Cook till Gravy Thickens.
- Add Cilantro.
