Paneer Manchurian | Gravy Recipe | Dhaba Style !!

Ingredients
For Paneer
- Maida / White Flour - 1/3 Cup
- Corn Starch - 2 Tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 Tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Water - As Required to make Batter
- Paneer - 400 Gms Big Cube
- Oil to Fry
For Manchurian Gravy
- Seasme / Til Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Ginger - 1/2 Tbsp Finely Chopped
- Garlic - 1.5 Tbsp Finely Chopped
- Green Chillies - 3 Finely Chopped
- Spring Onion Bulbs / Whites - 1 Cup Finely Chopped
- Water - 1.5 Cups
- Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1/2 Tsp
- Chilli Sauce - 1 Tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 3 Tsp to 1 Tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 Tsp
- Salt - 1/2 Tsp
- Water + Corn Starch - 3/4 Cup water + 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- Spring Onion Greens - Garnish
Instructions
Paneer Prep
- In a big bowl add Maida, Corn Starch, Salt and Black Pepper Powder.
- Mix Well.
- Now add little water. Mix well in the Maida Mixture. Water should be enough to make a flowy consistency batter. It should not be runny not too thick.
- Add Paneer in this mixture and Mix well so all paneer Cubes are Coated well.
- Now in a Kadai Heat oil to 380 F.
- Once the Oil is heated , add coated paneer to fry.
- Cook till Golden Brown. Take out on Oil Absorbent Paper Towel or Napkin.
Manchurian Sauce
- In a Deep pan on High heat add Seasme Oil.
- Once the oil starts to heat add Ginger , Garlic and Green Chillies.
- Saute for 2 minutes.
- Now Add Chopped White Bulbs of Spring Onion.
- Cook till the onions turn Golden Brown.
- Add Water, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Ketchup , Chilli Sauce , Soy Sauce, Vinegar & Corn Starch Mixed in Water.
- Mix Everything well. Cook till the Gravy Starts to Thicken.
- Now Add Fried Paneer and Mix well.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or till the gravy is of the consistency you like.
- Turn The Flame Off and Add Some Spring Onion Greens.
