Paneer Stuffed Puff Pastry – Dhaba Style !!

Ingredients
- Paneer - 300 gm
- Onion Finely Chopped - 1/2 cup
- Green Chillies - 4
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Kitchen King - 1 Tsp
- Salt - 1.5 Tsp
- Turmeric - 1/8th Tsp
- Butler - 1 Tbsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
- Oil - 1 Tbsp
Instructions
- In a pan on medium to high heat add Oil.
- Once oil is heated add Onions and Green Chillies. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes till the onions are a little brown.
- Now add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder , Turmeric, Kitchen King Masala and Salt.
- Cook for 1 more minute.
- Now Add butter. Once Butter melts add Paneer.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add Garam Masala and mix well.
Assemble Patty
- Take Puff pastry shee and cut it in 3 rectangular strips about 3 inch wide.
- Put some Paneer masala and close the sheet. Press on sides so its closed properly.
- Do this for all the patties.
- Take a baking tray apply some oil, now place all the patties on the tray.
- Apply oil on top of all patties.
- Now Pre Heat the oven to 425 F.
- Bake the patties for 15 to 20 minutes ot till golden.
- Server with Spicy Ketchup!! 🙂
