How to make Paneer Tikka Masala – I have a love-hate relatioship with this dish. I love the Idea of eating Paneer tikka in a spicy tasty sauce. What I hate is that how most of the Restaurants botch this dish. Out out 20 different restaurants where I have tried this dish I would say only 2 were able to make it the way it is supposed to be made.
Guys its no secret, as the name implies this dish is basically paneer tikka in a gravy. They key is to cook paneer tikka separately in tandoor(Indian clay oven) or oven and adding to the gravy.
