Ingredients

Gobi / Cauliflower - 3 Cups
Beans - 2 Cups
Carrots - 1 Cup
Aloo / Potatoes - 3
Peas - 1 Cup
Water - 3- 4 Tbsp
For Making Bhaaji
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Butter - 3 Tbsp
Cumin - 2 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
Onion - 3 CupsFinely Chopped
Green Chilli - 5Chopped
Turmeric - 1 Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 3 Tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - 4 Tbsp
Tomato - 3 CupsFinely Chopped
Salt - 4 Tsp
Capsicum / Green Pepper -1 Chopped
Garam Masala - 1 Tbsp
Water - 1 Cup
Garnish
Butter - 3 Tbsp
Paav
Butter - 2 Tbsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 Tbsp
Instructions
Pressure Cook
In a Pressure cooker add Gobi, Beans, Carrots, Aloo , Peas and Water.
Close the lid and cook for 3 Whistles if using 7 liter cooker. More whistles would be needed for smaller cooker.
After the whistles let the cooker depressurise on its own.
Open the lid and mash the Vegetables.
Make Bhaaji
In a big pan add Oil and Butter. Once the butter is heated add Cumin.
Cook till Cumin crackles. Now add Ginger Garlic Paste.
Cook till Raw aroma or ginger goes away.
Add Onions and Cook till Brown.
Add Green Chillies, Turmeric, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and Pav Bhaji Masala. Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add Tomatoes, Salt and cook till Tomatoes are completely cooked.
Add Capsicum, Mashed Vegetable and Garam Masala and mix well.
Add Water and Cook until Thickens.
Add Butter on top.
Pav
Take a tawa or pan on medium heat. Add some butter on it.
When butter melts add some pav bhaji masala and mix it. Now put Pav on it and heat.
