Ingredients
Boil Vegetables
- Water - 10 Cups
- Green Beans - 1/2 Cup Chopped
- Cauliflower - 1 Cup Chopped
- Green Peas / Matar - 1/2 Cup
- Carrots - 1/2 Cup Diced
Tawa Pulao
- Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Onion - 1 Medium Sliced
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Green Peppers - 1/2 Cup
- Green Chillies - 4
- Cilantro / Dhaniya Leaves - 1/2 Cup
- De Seeded Tomatoes - 4
- Salt - 1 Tbsp
- Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 Tbsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Boiled Rice - 2 Cups Cooked 95%
Instructions
Boil Vegetables
- In a big pan add water and bring it to boil.
- Add the Green Beans, Cauliflower, Green Peas and Carrots.
- Boil for 5 Minutes. Strain in a strainer and Keep it aside.
Tawa Pulao
- Take a big Tawa or pan on medium heat.
- Add Butter and Onions. Cook till Onions are translucent.
- Now add Ginger and Garlic Paste. Cook till raw aroma of ginger Disappears.
- Now turn the heat to high.
- Add Green Peppers, Green Chillies, Cilantro Leaves and De Seeded Tomatoes.
- Cook till the Tomatoes are properly cooked.
- Add Boiled Vegetables, Salt, Pav Bhaji Masala and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Mix well.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Now Add Boiled Rice.Make Sure the rice is completely dry.
- Take 2 Stirs and Gently mix the rice in the bhaji.
- Serve Hot with Chilled Raita.
