How to make Vegetable Raita Dhaba Style – Raita is probably one of the most common Indian condiment. Its very rare to go to any restaurant or Dhaba and not find raita on the menu.
There are many Variations of Raita, Plain Raita, Boondi Raita, Pudina Raita, Cucumber Raita, Potato Raita, Vegetable Raita, sweet raita etc.. In India Raita is always accomanied with Biryani’s.
In northern India however its actually used as a dish in itself.
The Recipe I am sharing with you today is the one I found travelling through the streets of Amritsar. Now as a lot of you know when we talk about punjab the first thing that comes to mind is Lassi but Punjab also has mastered the art of making Raita.
I am going to skip cream in my recipe since we eat Raita in almost every meal and want it to be healthy.
Also if you wanna make it more Healthy then use Greek Yogurt. It will be a little more sour in taste but Protein packed.
